What we collect, and what we don't.

The short version

This policy covers Stone Oak Spotlight at https://stoneoakspotlight.com. You can browse without creating an account. If you use one of our forms — the giveaway, a home valuation, advertising or a general message — we keep what you send so we can act on it. This website does not load analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect and why

Website visits. Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, traffic routing data and browser or device information to deliver pages and help prevent abuse. This is different from signing up for a mailing list or submitting an inquiry.

Direct contact. If you call or write to us using the details below, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry or handle your privacy request.

Forms. Each form collects only what it asks for:

• Giveaway entry — your name, email address and ZIP code, to check eligibility, run the drawing and contact the winner.
• Home valuation — your name, the property address, ZIP code, email address and any notes, to prepare and email your estimate.
• Advertising inquiry and contact form — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, category and message, to reply to you.

With every submission we also record the date, which page or printed QR code it came from, and your IP address, which we use to limit repeat and automated submissions. Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and a copy is emailed to us through our notification service (n8n, sending via Google Gmail). They are not sent to Meta or to the businesses on the card.

Payments. This website has no checkout and does not collect payment-card details.

Email and text messages

Giveaway and home valuation. Entering the giveaway or requesting a valuation adds your email address to the Stone Oak Spotlightlist, as the form explains. We use it to send the current card’s deals and neighborhood news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect a giveaway entry.

Other contact. Sending an advertising inquiry or a message is not consent to marketing; we use those details to reply. Visiting this site or receiving a postcard does not subscribe you to anything.

This website does not run an SMS program and does not collect consent to text messages. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We have not enabled Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics for this website. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technical measures when needed to secure and deliver the site.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking security-related cookies may affect access to a protected page. For information about Cloudflare's processing, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Who receives information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, or provide your contact details to businesses on the card for their marketing. Service providers used to host the site or deliver your communications may process the information needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover what those services collect after you leave this site.

Storage and security

The site is delivered over HTTPS, which encrypts traffic between your browser and the website. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include sensitive financial information or identity documents in an inquiry.

We keep form submissions and correspondence as needed to respond, run the giveaway, deliver valuations and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and delete them on request where the law allows. Hosting and security records are handled under Cloudflare's service practices. We do not promise a fixed retention period for those provider records.

Your privacy choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the phone number or mailing address below; you do not need to use a website form. Please identify the edition and provide enough information for us to locate your correspondence. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it. The planned giveaway is for adults 18 and over; entries are not currently open.

We update the date above when this policy changes. Before enabling online submissions, email or SMS subscriptions, or advertising measurement, we will update this policy to describe the actual collection, service providers and choices available at that time.
